Hu Po 琥珀 Amber Men's Han Dynasty Restoration Zhiju Robe

Based on artifacts found from the Mawangdui Archaelogical Sites in Changsha, China. 

The Zhiju 直裾 is one of the oldest forms of hanfu. Hailing from the Qin and Han Dynasties (221 B.C. - 220 C.E.), the straight hem robe was worn by men and women alike, making it a popular unisex item for hanfu enthusiasts both historically and in modern times. 

Exquisitely woven and layered robes underneath a sheer outer robe, a typical outfit for this period. The multicolored patterns upon the trim showcases the beauty of geometric Han dynasty textiles.

Base shirt and first robe are made of 100% soft cotton, allowing your skin to breathe easily beneath the many layers.

Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. To avoid wrong sizings, please refer to the sizing chart in the product photos. Please measure in centimeters.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
